SHIPPING

Delivery is by Royal Mail second class post. Postage and packaging is free to anywhere in the UK. Purchases will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received/cleared. Notification of the dispatch will be via email. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

GUARANTEE & RETURNS

I trust that you will be completely happy with your purchase.

However, should you be dissatisfied with your purchase or your purchase is damaged during transit, a full refund will be offered under the following conditions:

• The purchase is returned within 8 days of dispatch, in its original packaging and, if applicable, in a suitable condition for re-sale.
  
• All returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage/further damage during return transit.
  
• A full refund will only be given upon receipt of the returned purchase. It is adviseable to use a form of recorded postage when returning your purchase.
• The cost of any return will be met by the customer.
  

Regretfully due to current ERU Hygiene Regulations earrings will not be refunded.
